I’ve offcially chosen a Rap Name…”iSpitBars” (I.S.B)
At the beginning of this year I really began to nurture a gift that God gave me when I was younger. Before I ever realized that girls like guys that sing I used to be quite the rapper/hip hop head. lol While I fell off the “rapping” bandwagon I still retained my love for the artform. If you’ve been paying attention to my last couple of albums you can def notice the Hip Hop influence in my beat selection and the cadence of my deliver on certain songs. Anywho, in 2012 I plan to do a lot more spitting. By no means am I forshaking singing!!! Just don’t be surprised if you see random verses popping up everynow and then…maybe even for free. This is a fun outlet for me. And as any artist will tell you, we need these outlets (free from expectations, opinions, etc) where we can just be free creatively. If you dig the music…right on. If not…it’s still all good. Just know…I’m going to SPIT BARS!! lol
